Sleep

One of the great blessings of having a big baby is that they reach the 10lbs and 12lbs milestones of sleeping longer and better through the night. We have been blessed with some 6 hour nights of much needed sleep. On good days she also may take a good 2-3 hour nap during the day if the house is somewhat quite. I will miss those quite hours and actually I will also miss the not so quite hours here shortly as I return to work at the beginning of the next month.

Lightning Mc Queen

Our neighbor boy, Evan has this Lightning Mc Queen power wheels car and he was letting the neighborhood drive it yesterday. Luckily we have some good neighbors that made sure AC got her turn too. It made AC's year, as she has been eyeing the car for months now. She didn't go to far, but was so excited and was very polite when it was the next kids turn. She got right out and said thank you. She made me so proud.

Play dates

AC and her best friend Kaden hanging out at the park. They don't get to see each other as much now that he goes to preschool and not Ms Karen's. So we try to get together once a week for them to play still.
AC asks me everyday if she can go to school with him instead of Ms Karens or instead of staying home with me and MAC. One day I am sure she will wish she hadn't begged to go to school. . She will start at his school Oct 4th when I go back to work, however she is a year younger so she won't be in his same class as Kaden but hoping she will enjoy having more kids her age to play with. She is the oldest now at Ms Karens. .

Cow chicken

AC loves the chicken at this place and asked me specifically if she could go play at the "cow chicken" aka Chick Fill-a and eat and play on their playground. And we have only been inside and let her do this once before probably 6-9 months ago. Crazy what kids remember.
